August 4-7 marks the date set for the state wide gathering of citizen academies. It’s a great place to learn what other groups, like ourselves, are doing, planning and talking about. This year, San Marcos, TX will be the location of this meeting. Embassy Suites will be the location hosting the annual event. Any alumni association member is welcome and encouraged to attend.
