The Department of Public Safety, the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Department, and the Lubbock Police Department have teamed up to offer a Law Enforcement Citizens Academy. This is a program designed to acquaint individuals who are not sworn police officers with the activities of local Law Enforcement.
