Raffle starts August 1 and ends September 30 (date of drawing) Raffle tickets are $10 each ... or 11 tickets for $100. We have 600 tickets to sell (Lester Mills has already committed to sell 100 tickets by himself and has challenged us to sell the other 500) Two firearms, each with a retail value of between $550 and $650 have been donated and will be given away to two winners (one to each). Proceeds from the raffle will be used for: a. Up to $3500 will be donated to DPS to create, purchase, and erect memorial signage honoring the fallen trooper on highway 84, near Slaton ... and b. Any additional proceeds (above $3500) will be used for future LLECAAA projects. Raffle Tickets will be available to our members at the August 13 meeting. All sales must be complete and monies collected, turned in, before the end of day on September 28. *PLEASE NOTE: Members of the LLECAAA ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for this raffle and should NOT purchase tickets.
