August 13 Annual LLECAAA Meeting

This is a reminder for the all-important annual LLECAAA meeting to be held on August 13. We will meet at Aldersgate church, 10306 Indiana, Lubbock TX 79423. 

The focus of the meeting will be to add to the manpower needed all four of our all-important teams:

• Membership and Retention,

• Food and Hospitality,

• Web and Social Media,

• Fundraising and Events.

We strongly encourage each of our active members to join one of these teams.

Members are also reminded of the annual $25 dues and will be able to pay at the front table when entering. Dues must be paid by the September meeting to remain an active member. 

The event will kick off at 6:00 pm and end by 7:30 pm.
